个人简历：
2010年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院，从事肾脏病的临床科研工作近20年。2014年赴东部战区总院进修肾脏病理，主攻各种肾脏病理诊断。2022年，2024年评为“独墅之星”先进个人。主持1项国家自然科学基金、4项院市级课题，获江苏省“双创博士”称号，入选姑苏卫生人才计划项目，发表论文数篇，其中以第一作者及通讯作者发表SCI论文6篇，最高一篇IF 9.54分。从事的主要研究方向及其特点和意义：
